Course facilitator Hi, I’m Maria — certified Embodiment Coach I help people come back to their body when life, stress, or overthinking pulls them away. If you’ve done a lot of inner work but your body still feels tense, disconnected, or left behind—this course is for you. With a background in mindful movement, nervous system regulation, and body-based methods like the Feldenkrais Method and Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR), I guide gentle practices that help you reconnect with yourself, right where you are. This course focuses on: • releasing deep physical tension, especially in the back • developing body awareness and a felt sense of “being home” • easing stress stored in the nervous system • improving back mobility through small, conscious movements • creating moments of calm, clarity, and choice—through the body Expect a grounded, clear structure with room to explore what feels right for you.
