Hi, I’m Maria — certified Embodiment Coach

I help people come back to their body when life, stress, or overthinking pulls them away.

If you’ve done a lot of inner work but your body still feels tense, disconnected, or left behind—this course is for you.

With a background in mindful movement, nervous system regulation, and body-based methods like the Feldenkrais Method and Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR), I guide gentle practices that help you reconnect with yourself, right where you are.

This course focuses on:
• releasing deep physical tension, especially in the back
• developing body awareness and a felt sense of “being home”
• easing stress stored in the nervous system
• improving back mobility through small, conscious movements
• creating moments of calm, clarity, and choice—through the body

Expect a grounded, clear structure with room to explore what feels right for you.
No fixing. No pressure. Just space to move, feel, and return to yourself—gently.

What you’ll need for the course:

  • A quiet, undisturbed space
  • A mat or soft surface to lie on
  • A blanket and a pillow for your head
  • Warm, comfortable clothes you can move in
  • Paper (A3 or A2) and something to paint or draw with
